La Ferme Lespare

Our cosy cluster of gîtes cater for family gatherings, group of friends, sleeping upto 12  persons  -  or can be rented  individually  -:-

Around a small courtyard, we have three well appointed cottages - the largest of which is Châtaigne Cottage, which has a large first floor bedroom suite, with a four poster bed and a small comfortable sitting area, plus en-suite bathroom :- directly attached to the building, two rooms each with twin beds (one upstairs independently accessible – and one downstairs), sharing a bathroom (privately accessible by either room) – 

Châtaigne Cottage is where all 12  of you can enjoy time together, sharing cocktails in the comfortable ground floor lounge, or on the terrace around the pool,- and dinners around one large table in the dining area or on the terrace - at the same time, you all can have your privacy within the three cottages, make your own cuppa or put your feet up – 

Noisette Cottage has one ground floor double bedroom and private bathroom, plus one twin bedded room on the first floor, with en-suite bathroom - and a ground floor private sitting room area with open kitchen facilities – 

Girolle Cottage has one first floor double-bed room, and also a ground floor private sitting room area with kitchen facilities - the courtyard is a mere seven meters in width. 

In this way, you can sleep comfortably 12 guests.

Ofcourse, we would also be very pleased to welcome your enquiry just to rent one of the above cottages -

All of this above, is situated within our private 35 Ha. (85 acres) of fields & woods, which itself is within a much larger wooded area :- you'd have to send a search party to find neighbours - !

We have one eco-swimming pool serving Noisette & Girolle Cottages, and a Natural pool serving Châtaigne Cottage –

There is a pond with a bunch of koï - who like a little feeding, which we supply for you -

We think our place is not too bad,   infact,   some  guests  considered  it  is  close  to  paradise  - !

We know this area pretty well, having been here now for over 50 years - and so we are always  happy to tell you all about what you can do, where to go, (famous Lascaux is 20 minutes away by car) - where to eat or buy good stuff for the barbecue  -  you just tell us your particular interest -

By the way, our Ferme Lespare is heated throughout the year by means of a geothermic system - so, what about  warm & cosy  Spring, Autumn and/or  Winter / Christmas stays - ?
